Sabina Vitola

Student Intern

Sabina Vitola is a biomedical engineering graduate student at Johns Hopkins University focusing on neuroengineering. As part of the PRoMiSS study, she investigates how psychedelics influence music perception. Her background includes work in computational neuroscience and single-cell modeling. Broadly, she is interested in the neural mechanisms underlying altered states of consciousness, including flow states, and how insights from these states can deepen our understanding of human cognition and inform emerging therapeutic approaches.
